Hintergrund
Analog Attack ist eine weitgefächerte, gut sortierte Sample Library mit über 1450 Patterns und Sequenzen. 1.6 GB feinster Extrakte der puren Analogen Klangewelt aufgeteilt in 116 verschiedene Ordner. Jeder Ordner steht für verschiedene Variationen einer Sequenz. Samples einer Sequenz mit diversen Filter-, Sound-, Attack- und Relaseveränderungen sind mit Hilfe von Elastik zum flexiblen Einsatz bereitgestellt. Alle Sequenzen beinhalten Informationen über BPM und Tonhöhe um die einfache und optimale Einsatzfähigkeit für jedes Projekt zu gewährleisten.

Bearbeitung
Analog Attack ist wie geschaffen für Electronica wie z.B. Minimal, Techno, House Hardstyle, Breakbeat, Techhouse, DnB, Progressive und Trance. Dank der Sammlung unterschiedlicher Bass-lines, FX und leads lässt sie sich ausserdem gut in vielen anderen Styles verwenden. Tempo und Tonhöhe spielen dabei keine Rolle. Der Elastik Player stellt das komplette Material flexibel zur Verfügung, sodass es nach den eigenen Vorstellungen verändert werden kann.

Ausrüstung
Analog Attack basiert auf den Sounds aus analogen Synth von heute und gestern. Zum Einsatz kamen unter anderem: Minimoog, Moog Voyager, Prophet 5, Prophet 600, Andromeda, Se-1x, Omega 8, Arp 2600, Yamaha CS 80, Juno 106, SH 101, Matrix 6

Those lovely people at Ueberschall bring you another collection for their highly-rated, highly-irritating Elastik loop player and its loopeye function. This time, as the name suggests, it’s an old school fest of 1,450 loops and patterns created using a Minimoog, Prophet 5, Roland SG-101, ARP2600 and a host of other drool worthy pieces.

Fat basses and screechy leads are the order of the day with a nice line in FX sequences, but the flexibility of the Elastik loop player, as a standalone or VST instrument means you can get an awful lot of tweak for your buck (...)

Die lieben Leute von Ueberschall veröffentlichen eine weitere Kollektion für ihren hoch bewerteten und hoch irritierenden Elastik Loop Player und seine Loopeye-Funktion. Dieses mal, wie der Name erahnen lässt, gibt es ein Fest von 1.450 Loops aus alten Maschinen wie dem Minimoog, Prophet 5, Roland SG-101, SRP26000 und einigen anderen drolligen Zeitgenossen.

For those who still get wet eyes when they hear Roland SH-101 or Minimoog and also have 1.6 gig free hard disk space this library is warmly suggested. As all the other libraries by Ueberschall this one does also come with the Sample Player „Elastik“.

Wer bei Sequencer-Loops oder Basslines à la Roland SH-101 und Minimoog immer noch feuchte Augen bekommt und dazu noch 1,6 Gigabyte Festplattenspeicher frei hat, dem sei die neue Elastik-Library wärmstens ans Herz gelegt. Wie von den Sample-Spezialisten von Ueberschall bereits gewohnt, erfolgt die Verwaltung des
Samples komplett über den Elastik-Loop-Player.

Wer auf der Suche nach kommerziell verwertbaren, analogen Synthesizer-Loops ist und sofort loslegen will, der sollte hier bestens bedient werden. Ob man den Elastik Player nun eher als kreative Einschränkung oder als Arbeitserleichterung und zeitsparendes Studio-Tool sieht – am Ende zählt, wie man das Material einsetzt.
